Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade, und ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und leicht zu finden. Vor dem Hotel gibt es diverse Parkplätze sowie eine Tiefgarage. Die Begrüßung am Empfang war leider sehr kühl. Drei Mitarbeiter standen hinter dem Tresen, jedoch fühlte sich keiner zuständig, uns zu begrüßen. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter musste hinzugezogen werden, um uns einzuchecken. Die Zimmer sind relativ sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir von einer Hitzewelle empfangen. Die Zimmertemperatur betrug mindestens 35 Grad, da die Gardinen vollständig geöffnet waren und die Sonne ungehindert ins Zimmer schien. Dies wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn das Hotel über eine Klimaanlage verfügen würde. Die Suche nach einer Klimaanlage war jedoch erfolglos. Das Hotel ist nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was im Sommer unerträglich ist. Es kühlte zwar etwas ab, blieb aber dennoch warm. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel im Sommer nicht erneut buchen.

Das Hotel hat einen ausgeprägten Wartungs- und Renovierungsstau. Wir haben die Suite gebucht, allerdings war die Dachbar genau über uns - laut bis in die Nacht. Das Frühstück war Note 2, die Lage Note 1, Interieur Note 4, Rooftop Bar über uns Note 5. Personal Note 3. Bett Note 2-3 (weich, durchgelegen, aber sauber). Beispiele: Teppich im Flur alt und mit vielen Flecken, Scheibe im Flur längs gebrochen und mit Panzertape geklebt, fast alle Holzmöbel mit kaputten Stellen, Balkongeländer sehr alt, schmutzig, Tapeten an vielen Ecken mit Flecken, Stand-Heizungen (wie früher unter dem Fenster). Für den Preis (über 200,-/Nacht) nicht ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist der Service am Abreisetag. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, sind aber nur mit einem Auto angereist. Es wurden aber bei Abreise 3 Parkplätze berechnet, also 130 € zu viel. Man bekommt die Rechnung auch erst ausgehändigt, wenn man schon bezahlt hat (mit Karte).

Gutes Hotel an Strandpromenade. Das Bad war renoviert, das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Saunabereich ist gut. Nicht zu empfehlen ist das Buffet Abends. Lauwarm, Durchschnittl. Qualität.
